Q :
Why is Grubhub so lousy?
A :
Because they have horrible business practices. Their drivers steal food, get away with it, and then grubhub bans YOUR account because they think you're at fault. Avoid at all costs.

A :
Their system allows their drivers to steal food with no repercussions. You wind up paying almost double in nonspecific "fees" and tips that your driver may not even earn.

A :
They simply don't care. You can have the best idea and product, but if you don't care about customer service or handle your customer poorly, you're in trouble.

Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.

A :
I read online that if a customer cancels the order, the driver still gets paid, and keeps the food. It's totally plausible that they just ignore the phone and wait for the order to cancel. I think this is what happened to me. I assume that this catches up with them eventually. Still, Grubhub should do something about this.

A :
I'd be much happier with waiting 2 hours and getting my food. I waited 1.5 hours to be told that my food will not be coming today.

Q :
Why do you take so much pride in providing poor service?
A :
They just don't care. Company motto must be "customer comes last". They simply trying to salvage whatever market share they can before they get bought out by a superior service that actually cares about customers.

Answer This Question
Q :
Why has GrubHub the worst delivery system and the worst customer service? I have to wait 2 hours to get my food. Customer service is very rude. What are they doing to improve them?
A :
The Grubhub corporate model was not designed for customer satisfaction. It was designed to make money for WallStreet as an initial IPO company. Nobody cares about the customers, it's all about the IPO money and then the bankruptcy of the company as soon as it's stock performance fails. Get used to it, it's the new corporate model for all start ups in the US.

Q :
What is Grubhub doing to improve its customer service?
A :
As CEO I am committed to driving out customers and employees who are insufficiently enlightened and progressive. If you didn't vote for Hillary please take your business elsewhere.

A :
Well, for one the CEO is discriminating against employees with opposing political views and creating a hostile work environment. He is trying to force their resignations under the guise to "tolerance". This seems to be a highly unorthodox approach, however, so it's too soon to tell if it will do anything to improve the customer experience.

Nothing. By this inaction I would say to quit using this bad business. Go with UberEats or maybe try getting your own food.

I called the number listed on Grub Hub site to cancel. I had put it on paypal, and worried they would process it anyway... based on a review I had seen on this site where it had happened to someone. No charges went to PayPal, but then I had threatened to press charges if that happened.
